Federal Rail Reform Committee

We provided institutional advisory services to the Federal Rail Reform Committee, supporting the reform and restructuring of Nigeria's railway sector. The assignment included the review of existing institutional and regulatory frameworks, development of governance and operational models, stakeholder consultation and coordination, policy analysis, and strategic recommendations to facilitate the unbundling of the National Rail Corporation. The consultancy also supported the establishment of sustainable institutional arrangements to improve sector efficiency, promote private sector participation, and strengthen the long-term management and operation of the national railway system.
