Lagos–Ota-Abeokuta Highway under HDMI

Lead consultant transaction advisory services for Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) development, traffic studies, and modelling for highway infrastructure projects. The assignment included social impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, identification of affected persons and properties, compensation planning, mitigation measures, traffic data collection, demand forecasting, revenue projections, travel time analysis, route assessment, tolling studies, and development of traffic models to support PPP highway planning, investment decisions, and financial and technical evaluation. The project was funded by Africa Plus Partners.
