2nd Niger Bridge PPP Project development

Involved technical advisory and project development services for a major bridge infrastructure project linking Anambra and Delta States under a Design, Build, Finance, and Operate (DBFO) PPP framework. The assignment included feasibility studies, engineering design review, risk assessment, environmental and social assessments, traffic and revenue modelling. financial modelling, PPP structuring, and support for project financing and implementation. The project was funded through a Public-Private Partnership arrangement involving the Federal Government of Nigeria and private sector partners.
