Enugu-Port Harcourt Highway under HDMI

Detailed Engineering Design for the Rehabilitation of the road, conducted technical, environmental, and financial advisory services for the development of a 200 km dual-carriageway toll road, including road condition assessments, traffic and revenue modelling, topographical and geological surveys, risk assessments, and environmental and social studies to support project planning and implementation. The project was funded by the Federal Government of Nigeria through Federal Ministry of Works.
