Enugu-Onitsha Road Rehabilitation

Provided detailed engineering design and Transaction Advisory for highway rehabilitation, including surveys, feasibility studies, traffic and revenue modelling, environmental assessments, bridge and drainage studies, risk assessment, preparation of Design documents, bidding documents, and Bill of Engineering Measurements and Evaluation (BEME). The assignment supported effective project planning and implementation in accordance with engineering standards. The project was funded by Private Equity through the Enyimba Infra Consortium, Nigeria.
